At Luvia Glow, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. This means you have 30 days after shipment delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with any tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at tayyshoppee@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that returns must be requested before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at tayyshoppee@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products once opened or used
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
